The Anker ADA KeyPad is designed to support accessibility requirements for self-service kiosks and self-checkout applications and is aligned to support the accessibility requirements in the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and the European Accessibility Act (EAA), supporting independent use without staff assistance. 

The key pad is fully compatible with Partner Tech kiosks and self-checkout terminals, while also supporting other third-party systems such as kiosks, ATMs, vending machines, etc for seamless cross-platform deployment.

Featuring easy-to-find raised tactile buttons, the keypad allows users to identify keys by feel and operate the system independently, with integrated haptic feedback confirming each key press. It enhances usability for individuals with visual or motor impairments and helps ensure inclusive access for all customers.
 
 


Voice Guidance and Screen Reader Support for Inclusive Use

An integrated audio/microphone port enables voice-guided assistance and screen reader support—such as JAWS for Kiosk from Vispero—when used with a compliant host application, providing spoken guidance for visually impaired users. 

 
RGB Guidence and Flexible for Accessible Reach
 
Zone-controlled RGB backlighting delivers clear visual cues that help guide visually impaired users. Colors are controlled via API and can match corporate colors or kiosk LED concept. Compact design and flexible placement options allow the keypad to be positioned at accessible reach heights for wheelchair user.

Built for public environments, the keypad features a durable IP65-rated design to withstand heavy use, spills, and regular cleaning with disinfectants. It supports flexible installation, including vertical or horizontal mounting for seamless integration and optional pole installation.
