AI-Powered, Frictionless Transactions
The integrated trilight pole clearly indicates lane status and can be upgraded with an optional security camera, enabling AI-powered theft prevention and item recognition. This not only boosts throughput but also reduces errors and the need for manual interventions.
Paula also supports EAS tag deactivation and can be equipped with a produce scale and intelligent security scale for added accuracy and enhanced theft protection.

Paula comes with an ADA-Pad that supports independence and accessibility for customers with disabilities. With tactile keys, Braille markings, and audio feedback, it provides an intuitive and inclusive experience for visually impaired users while helping businesses meet legal accessibility standards.
In addition, JAWS for Kiosk is available for Paula SCO, enabling voice-guided navigation and making self-checkout easier to use for customers with different accessibility needs.
