Accessible Self-Service for Everyone
The K27II helps organizations meet accessibility requirements under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and the European Accessibility Act (EAA) by providing tools that enable people with disabilities to use the kiosk independently.
The kiosk can be equipped with the ADA-Pad, a tactile keypad with RGB backlighting and a headphone/microphone jack that provides an alternative to the touch display. In addition, Partner Tech has integrated with JAWS for Kiosk, a screen reader solution that delivers a more inclusive self-service experience. Together, these accessibility features support independent transactions while enhancing usability and helping organizations meet accessibility compliance requirements.
