Strategic partnership enables ADA-compliant kiosk and self-service solutions

 
 
 
Anaheim, CA – February 25, 2026 – Partner Tech USA Inc., a global manufacturer of intelligent POS an d self-service solutions, today announced a strategic partnership with Vispero, a world leader in assistive technologies, to expand accessibility across Partner Tech's self-service kiosks and self-checkout solutions in the U.S. market.

Through this partnership, Partner Tech will support JAWS® for Kiosk from Vispero–the industry’s only screen reader purpose-built for kiosks­–across its self-service portfolio, including the Alfred, K27II, and PS-137 kiosk families, as well as its Starling, Alfred, and Paula self-checkout solutions. JAWS’ speech-guided interaction is integrated with Partner Tech’s ADA tactile keypad, further enhancing accessibility for customers with disabilities.

JAWS for Kiosk delivers accessible, speech-guided interactions both online and offline. By combining tactile input, custom scripting, and enterprise-grade support, the solution ensures consistent, compliant, and reliable self-service experiences. When paired with Partner Tech's ADA keypad, it increases access to kiosks and self-checkout platforms, enabling inclusive transactions across retail, hospitality, travel and other high-traffic environments.

The collaboration enables people with disabilities to independently and confidently interact with self-service technology, increasing customer engagement while complying with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and the European Accessibility Act (EAA).
